How do i order through your online store?

Step 3: Final Step

Once we approve your artwork design, we will send you a quote. An important aspect with any custom product is the expected time for completion. Due to the nature of our products, manufacturing time is anywhere from one to eight weeks for delivery. It is critical for us to be aware of event dates that you are trying to achieve. Once all specifications, artworks and quotes have been approved, we will begin producing your custom product.

How much detail can i get on my ring?

The amount of detail possible is almost unlimited. It is possible to make detail so fine that would require the aid of a magnifier to recognize.

How do i know the ring size I need?

If you already have a ring with you that fits but is unsure of what size it is you can download and print our ring sizer.

If you send your order through our online request form, you will receive a confirmation email on your order with our payment methods.

Can I customize a product on your online store?

Absolutely! You may fill up our request form or email us and refer to the product you would like to modify. This product will require a new mold, thus changing the pricing, lead times and minimum quantity.

Can I order just one product for myself?

Absolutely!

Are there volume discounts or benefits for groups orders?

Absolutely. Our manufacturing costs drop when volume orders are grouped together and we pass on these savings to you.
